To watch the picture we laugh but the inner meaning is not to laugh. A simple picture arouses a sense of ecstasy or depression in our minds. The cartoon may be a medium of pleasure in human life. We see the cartoon in newspapers and on television. Cartoon network on television is a popular channel for all types of people. Children are very fond of this channel. However, cartoon provides much joy and pleasure. It provides fun and political criticism.
