Keeping fit is not always a very easy matter. In order to keep fit one will have to maintain strict discipline in every aspect of life. Firstly, health rules must be maintained properly. If a man’s health doesn’t remain good, it is difficult to maintain the fitness of his body and mind. One should get up from bed early in the morning and go to bed on time. Again one should take a balanced diet every day and take rest on time. Moreover, regular exercise is essential. Besides, one has to keep oneself aloof from all kinds of drug abuse which may cut short one’s life at an unexpected time. If anyone violates the rules of health one cannot keep fit. If one does not take regular exercise one’s muscles become gradually idle and inactive making one inactive also. If one does not eat proper food, one’s body does not grow properly. But if a man takes his meal, exercise, and rest regularly and properly, he will be able to maintain the fitness of his body and mind. So to keep fit we should obey the rules of health and live a moderate and disciplined life.
