Paragraph On Falsehood
Falsehood signifies an untrue statement. It is the worst demerit of a man. Telling lies is a great sin. A person who tells a lie or speaks falsely is called a liar. It is the worst part of the character of a human being. Only for this, other qualities of a human being lose their values. A liar can commit any crime and can do harm to anybody at any time. It is true that nobody likes or believes a liar. He can gain or may succeed for the time being. But soon he finds himself in distress. Falsehood destroys a man wholly. It causes obstacles in the way of one’s progress. It brings dishonor, disreputation, hatred, and unsuccess for a man. There are many records in the court that many men were punished for false evidence. Falsehood is hated in all religions. All the great men of all ears of the world rejected falsehood. One who prefers falsehood is hated not only to Allay but also by his companions around him. Thus we see that falsehood is a great sin for which a liar is liable to be punished both in this world and in the next world. We should hate falsehoods and try to speak the truth from our childhood.
