Actions Speak Louder Than Words: A man is known by his deeds. A man of
action is always busy with his work. He only talks a little. But in our society, we
find a group of people fond of sky-high talking. They often say that
they can do so or better than that. Infect, they are good for nothing. They want
to hide their inability through their sky-high talking. When such kind of people are
asked to show their performance they quarrel with their tools. People of such
kind are a burden to our society. They sometimes refrain other people from
doing their work by their sky-high talking. But a man of action talks less and
advises others to talk less and work more. A man of action needs to talk about
his ability because he is not an empty container. We know that an empty container
sounds much and the people who are fond of sky-high talking are empty containers.

লোক সর্বদা তার কাজেই ব্যস্ত থাকে। সে কখনও বেশি কথা বলে না। কিন্তু আমাদের সমাজে কিছু
লোক আছে যারা আকাশকুসুম কথাবার্তা ভীষণ পছন্দ করে। প্রায়ই বলে যে তারাও এরকম বা এর
চেয়ে ভালো কাজ করতে পারবে। বস্তুত তারা অকাজের লোক। সত্যিকার অর্থে, গগনচুম্বী কথাবার্তায়
তারা নিজেদের অক্ষমতাকে ঢেকে রাখতে চায়। এ ধরনের লোকদেরকে তাদের কার্য প্রদর্শন করতে
বললে তারা তাদের সরঞ্জামাদির ত্রুটি তুলে ধরে। এ ধরনের লোকেরা সমাজের বোঝা হয়ে দাঁড়ায়।
আকাশছোঁয়া কথাবার্তায় তারা অন্যদেরকে অনেক সময় কাজ থেকে বিরত রাখে। কিন্তু কর্মঠ লোক
কথার চেয়ে কাজ বেশি করে এবং অন্যদেরকেও কাজ করার উপদেশ দেয়। কর্মঠ লোককে তার কাজ করার
জন্য অন্য কাউকে বলে দিতে হয় না, কারণ সে শূন্য কলস নয়। আমরা জানি যে, শূন্য কলস বাজে
বেশি এবং যে সকল লোক আকাশছোঁয়া কথাবার্তা পছন্দ করে তারা শূন্য কলস।
