The absolute justice of the state,
enlightened by the perfect reason of the state is the law. It is said that in the
eye of the law, everybody is equal. There is no partiality between the rich and poor
in the eye of the law. But we do not find always this moral as truth. Law has
nowadays become personal property to those who have a lot of money. Law has now
become the buyable thing. Justice is not available now. Justice is denied by
delaying it. When the people of law make delay to do any work, we may think
that there must be some problems with it. Either the person has taken money from
the opposite party or is corrupt. If an innocent man gets punished, it is a
matter of disgrace. Law is the bearer of truth and amity. If it is delayed, the
peace of society will vanish. If a judge hesitates to do justice, society will
be in chaos, as the terrorists will continue their criminal activities
unchallenged. As a result, there will be no peace in society. Because of justice
being denied, chaos and confusion will prevail in the state. So a judge should
be just and not delay while judging anything.

ন্যায়বিচারের যে ধারা প্রবাহিত তাকে আইন বলে। বলা হয়ে থাকে যে, আইনের চোখে সবাই সমান।
ধনী ও দরিদ্রের মধ্যে আইনের চোখে কোনো পক্ষপাত থাকে না। কিন্তু এই নীতি সর্বদা সত্য
বলে প্রতীয়মান হয় না। যাদের অঢেল টাকা রয়েছে তাদের নিকট আইন আজকাল ব্যক্তিগত সম্পত্তি
হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। আইন এই ক্রয়সামগ্রীতে রূপান্তরিত হয়েছে। এখন ন্যায়বিচার সর্বদা পাওয়া
যায় না। ন্যায়বিচার দেরি করে একে এড়িয়ে চলা হয়। আইনের লোকেরা যখন এ ব্যাপারে দেরি করে
তখনই আমরা বুঝতে পারি এর মধ্যে গলদ রয়েছে। হয় লোকটি বিরোধী পক্ষ থেকে টাকা নিয়েছে নতুবা
লোকটি দুর্নীতিগ্রস্ত। এটা খুবই অপমানজনক যদি একজন নিষ্পাপ লোক শাস্তি পায়। আইন সত্যের
ও বন্ধুত্বের ধারক। ন্যায়বিচার বিলম্বিত হলে সমাজের শান্তি উধাও হবে। যদি একজন বিচারক
তাঁর বিচার কাজে ইতস্তত বোধ করে তাহলে সমাজ উচ্ছন্নে যাবে, এতে সন্ত্রাসীরা পুরোদমে
সন্ত্রাসী কার্যকলাপ চালিয়ে যাবে। ফলে সমাজে কোনো শান্তি থাকবে না। ন্যায়বিচারকে অস্বীকার
করার কারণে সমগ্র রাজ্যে অসন্তোষ বিরাজ করবে। তাই একজন বিচারককে হতে হবে ন্যায় এবং
বিচারকার্যে দেরি করা চলবে না।
