Paragraph On A Summer Night
Like the nights of winter, we pass the
summer nights with different care. The cause of this difference is weather.
In our country, the scene of a summer night is different in towns and villages.
In towns, the ease and comfort of a summer night depends on the presence of
electricity. People can do their work in their own stations at ease in the
early hours of a summer night. But if electricity goes off everyone faces
difficulty in hot weather. A student begins to read in the light of a wax candle
and swats. A mother finds it difficult to nurse her baby. A patient’s life
becomes unbearable in hot sultry weather. Operation and nursing of patients in
hospitals are stooped. In markets and shops thieves and hijackers find
opportunities to take away valuable things. But if there is electricity, people
can do their usual tasks and then enjoy sleep till morning. But often
electricity goes off at midnight and people’s sleep is seriously hampered. They
cannot get up early the next morning. As a result, they make delay every
work and feel discomfort. In the countryside male people often pass a summer
night in open spaces and mothers fan their children with fans of palm leaves
till morning. In cold countries, summer night is a blessing. However, people welcome summer days and nights
as the bearer of glorious sunshine and hot air.
