Dear Sir,

I regret very much to inform you that the sports goods supplied by you per VPP in the execution of our order No. 2560 on LR’P 20—are not up to our satisfaction. The footballs are poor in quality. In addition, some of the badminton rackets are found defective.

So, I am returning the goods to you. I hope you would be so good as to replace it at an early date.

অতীব দুঃখের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে, জানুয়ারি, ২০—এর ২৫৬০ নং অর্ডারের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে আপনি যে খেলাধুলা সামগ্রীগুলো পাঠিয়েছিলেন সেগুলো সন্তোষজনক নয়। ফুটবলগুলো নিম্নমানের। তাছাড়া কিছু ব্যাডমিন্টন র‍্যাকেট ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পাওয়া গেছে।

তাই দ্রব্যগুলো ফেরৎ পাঠাচ্ছি। আশা করি আপনি অতি সত্ত্বর উন্নতমানের দ্রব্যসামগ্রী পাঠাবেন।
