I take this opportunity to express our
gratitude to you for completing on our behalf the formalities of purchasing
plots of land at Niribili Housing Estate and getting our individual ownership
deeds written at the government settlement office.
You are aware that I have already paid
in full for plot no. 26M/A and I would request you kindly to send me by
registered post my ownership deed and other relevant documents of this plot of
land as being supervised under your management.
