Physical Exercise Essay

Write a composition on not more than 250 words about Physical Exercise.


Hints: Introduction; Kinds; Its necessity; Demerits; Conclusion.


Introduction: Physical exercise means the movement of the limbs according to rules. Its aim is to keep good health and to promote vigor. It occupies an important place in our system of education.


Kinds: There are many kinds of physical exercise. Good forms of exercise are swimming, walking, riding and playing outdoor games. All of them are not fit for all. Walking is the best form of exercise for the week and old men. Morning and evening are the best time for taking exercise. 


Its necessity: There is a close connection between the body and the mind. “A sound mind in a sound body” is a wise saying. If the body is unsound, the mind must be unsound. Moreover, in order to win success in life, we should have sound health which depends on regular exercise. It is impossible to keep sound health without taking some kinds of physical exercise.


Demerits: Too much of anything is bad. Over-exercise acts upon health. It is very bad to spend hours together in playing. It causes disease and death. 

  

Conclusion: we should form a habit of taking some kinds of exercise regularly. If we want to live a happy life we have to build both our body and mind together.
