Then it passes through reception, decompression, and finally printing. The output document comes out in printed form. The two-way system helps the exchange of information from both ends. Fax is becoming popular day by day. It is suitable for official correspondence. It has become an indispensable part of today’s trade, business, and commerce. It is handy and effective. It is cheaper and quicker. All documents like graphics, drawings, pictures, and handwriting texts can be transmitted easily. All the people in Bangladesh cannot get opportunities for fax. Computer applications have not yet reached all. Extreme poverty and lack of education are the main barriers. We should try our best to reach the facilities of fax to all people.
