Paragraph On Self Reliance
Self-reliance refers to depending on one’s own self. It is a great virtue. It is the key to success. It inspires us to stand on our own legs and do our best to make our way in life. We should not depend on others. We should try to do everything. Self-reliance brings about all our latent talents. It wheels our power and creates confidence in our ability. A self-reliant man has confidence in his own abilities. He takes heart in the face of difficulties. He can prosper in life. Self-reliance strengthens a man’s character and creates confidence in him. This self-confidence ultimately leads him to success. Dependence on others is a curse. If a man does not try to do anything of his own and depends on others, he is a burden not only to himself but also to his family and society. He is disliked by all. He always falls behind and ultimately suffers in life. For this reason, the habit of self-reliance should be formed in childhood. Children should not be helped too much. There is a proverb – “Allah helps them who help themselves.” Besides, all the great men of the world have relied on their own abilities. Therefore, all of us should form the habit of Self-reliance.
