Paragraph On Bangla New Year
Twelve months comprise a year. In the
year cycle after every twelve months comes a new year. Bangla year also has
twelve months. And Baishakh is the 1st month of the year. It comes
just after the ending of Chaitra. Every New Year comes with new hopes and
aspirations for the nations. The nation celebrates the beginning of the year with
gay and festive manners in various aspects. Baishakhi mela is common all
over the country as well as outer world Bengali users. They take new commitments
and determination to gain success in every sphere of life and activity. They
prepare themselves to face any challenge firmly to gain prosperity using the
experience they gathered last year. They can amend their faults in activities
to establish peace in family, social, and country life. It is not mentioned
that this count and observance was first begun by the emperor Akbar the Great.
Since then, Bangla year begins with different kinds of cultural Programmes.
Farmers use to plan their cultivation, shopkeepers arrange “Hlakhata” for the
customers, and professionals use to make their budgets and plan sheets. Thus, Bangla New
Year opens a joyful work situation for us.
